The Saudi Patient Safety Center issues the "Patient Safety Document"

The Saudi Patient Safety Center issued the (Patient Safety Document), which aims to promote best practices for safe healthcare by highlighting the role of the patient and the importance of his interaction with healthcare providers, and enabling him to take necessary measures that help him obtain the best health outcomes. The document also clarifies the role of the healthcare facility in applying the essential procedures starting from admission to the hospital and receiving care until leaving and continuing treatment at home.
