Community Participation Policy

Community participation plays a vital role in strengthening patient safety and improving the quality of healthcare. The Saudi Patient Safety Center (SPSC) provides multiple channels that enable individuals and health and non-health organizations to engage with the Center and share their views and suggestions on initiatives, services and policies related to patient safety.

The Center believes that involving patients and the community in decision-making contributes to a safer, more transparent health system that responds to community needs, in line with the principles of transparency, accountability and continuous learning set out in the Center's strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
