The Saudi Patient Safety Center, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), intends to launch a national campaign under the slogan “My Prescription is My Safety” on December 15, 2020. This step aims to raise the awareness of the community and healthcare providers with regards to the importance of the prescription when dispensing medication, thus contributing to reducing medication errors.
