​The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a country situated in the Southwest of Asia, the largest country in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia estimate is at 2 million square kilometers.

Saudi Arabia divided into 13 administrative regions. Each region has divided into governorates. Such governorates its numbers are varies from one region to another. The governorate is divided into centers linked administratively to the governorate itself or the emirate.

 Saudi Arabia have Sacred Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet's Mosque in MedinaA, which considered the most important holy sites for Muslims.

 The climate of the Kingdom differs from one region to another due to the difference in its topography and the Kingdom's climate is a continental climate, i.e. hot in summer, cold in winter and winter rain.

Saudi Arabia is exerting great efforts to preserve the health and safety of pilgrims. It has a distinction in the management of crowd medicine and human gatherings. The Kingdom has become a pioneer in this field and has achieved many successes which have been praised by international health organizations and bodies​.
