The Saudi Center Patient Safety and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at making joint efforts and enhancing joint cooperation with regard to mechanisms for identifying sentinel events affecting patient safety, analyzing their root causes, and exchanging training and research experiences.
A ceremony took place at the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, in the presence of the President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, Dr. Jalal Al-Owaisi, and the Director General of the Saudi Patient Safety Center, Dr.Yasser Alsaka. The signing of the MOU comes to achieve the foundations of integration between the various authorities in the Kingdom and to complement the vision that the two parties carry as a contribution to enhancing the level of health care, given the role played by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority through saving lives and serving people, and given what the Saudi Patient Safety Center offers in The field of patient safety and analyzing related data.
